Stay Connected!

Available Now!

Stay Connected! is an online video library and live Zoom session service we are providing to help our students cope during these difficult times of self-isolation lack of social contact. Continuing with your practice is a great way to keep healthy and focused on the positive. We do not intend to charge for these practice videos, but rather invite our students to make a voluntary contribution if they are in a position to do so.

Currently only available to existing students, Stay Connected! will soon open up to anyone who completes a registration process with us. If you are registered with us but have not received an email, please contact us, otherwise you can find out a little more here.

    The Tradional Yang 108 hand form

    Now Available Online!

    The traditional Yang-style 108 movement bare-hand Taiji routine is what started the modern Taijiquan revolution.
    Following cancellation of our workshops during the COVID-19 lockdown,
    we can now offer this study as online videos and live sessions. You must register with us before you can access the videos. Open to beginners, though some Tai Chi form experience would be useful.

    What is Tai Chi?

    Unlike aerobics and most forms of modern Western exercise , Tai Chi steadily teaches you how it is possible to achieve vibrant health and assist healing through correct body alignments and low-impact movements. It is based most importantly on moderation, known as the 70% Rule.

    The internal health aspects of Qigong practised alone or within Tai Chi can help relieve physical, emotional and mental tension and stress and pave the way to self-healing. We believe that the way we teach Tai Chi is safe for people of all ages and levels of fitness.
