Tai Chi For Health, Southampton
A weekly Tai Chi class, with special focus on relaxation and health. Each session begins with a warmups that teach the principles of Tai Chi movement, and are an ideal way for beginners to start integrating into the main class.
Classes are from 6.30pm-7.45pm and are led by Martin Brennan.

About what we teach
This class is based on Five section tai chi chuan, a comprehensive modern curriculum created by world-class Master Sam Masich. It is an ideal form for beginners, and is based on one of the most popular tai chi routines in the world today - the 24 step Yang style created in 1956 in Beijing.
