Before any session you are responsible for assessing your exercise area for any potential hazards. Pay particular attention to any trip hazards at floor level, including pets like cats and dogs which should not be able to wander into your space. You should also make sure that you are feeling well enough to exercise safely and ensure that you have a chair nearby to sit down on if needed and another to hold on to, if necessary.

If you are in any doubt about the suitability of the online material for your health and wellbeing, please consult your doctor or a medical practitioner about practising low impact physical movements in slow motion, before you start.
