Join us for our live Zoom sessions online.
This online session will be run alternately by Gina and Jane and is still free to join, but we now ask you to consider making a minimum £7 contribution via the web site or directly to us via BACS. If you have not attended before please register via the website or contact us and we will send you the Zoom link. If you would like to register with us, please complete our form here (mention you wish to register for our Zoom sessions).
Each session is 45 mins - you can also join 15 mins before to setup your camera etc.
Once registered, you will be invited to join a recurring Zoom session (see details), which you can diary for every week. You can attend as much or little of the session as you wish.

Whilst we will still not be charging for access to any of our online material, we ask that if you can afford to contribute to our costs, you now do so, based on a minimum rate of GB£7 per session. If you can only contribute a little, please feel free to do so as very little appreciation helps.
This class is based on 'Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi', which means 18 movements. With their roots in Tai Chi, these calming and enjoyable movements are very much simpler to follow than the traditional forms but still offer many of the benefits. The flowing movements are usually done to relaxing music, are simple to copy and are repeated with the instructor, so you don't have to remember a lot of instructions and sequence. The movements can help improve balance, flexibility, memory and general well-being through releasing stress and tension.
