Beginners are welcome to this 1 hour Tai Chi Sun Style class. Based on the very popular Tai Chi for Arthiritis form created by Dr Paul Lam (a family doctor and tai chi master) for people with joint pain and health issues. Based on Sun style Tai Chi, the special features of this unique programme make it easy to learn, enjoyable, and provides many health benefits in a relatively short period of time.
