In order to comply with current governing body guidance for exercise classes we require you to fill in a PARQ form which includes additional information. It should be printed and completed before returning to us at your first class attendance, or by email if you are able to complete it electronically.
Current NHS Covid guidance is that adults should do Rapid Lateral Flow tests on days when they are going to be with a group of people. Note that these tests are for people who do NOT have symptoms. If you feel at all unwell, please do not attend class.
