Learn to relax deeply and work with your qi (subtle life force energy) to help improve your health, calm your mind and emotions and awaken spiritual potential inside you. The material taught is 'Taoist Presence Practices' from the ancient 'Water Method' of Taoist Meditation.
Cost: £8 for one hour
This is an ongoing group of students who know the 7 movements of Dragon and Tiger Qigong. The Friday sessions will follow a new format from September, running as mini-workshops focusing on different aspects of practising the set. We aim to start promptly at 10.30am so please aim to arrive by 10.20am to settle in.
You are welcome to attend if you have studied Dragon and Tiger with us or another teacher and already know the movements.

If you already know the movements you can join this class - please contact us if you are interested or are a beginner and would like start learning Dragon and Tiger Qigong.
This is an intermediate group of students led by Jane. The group is steadily working through components of the spiritual healing curriculum and techniques taught to Jane by David Furlong, author of many books on spiritual healing. Jane has studied with David since 1995 when she first became aware of having a capacity for this work and started exploring that potential, following a series of profound experiences during and after Taoist Meditation practices.

Five Seasons Qigong: Winter Calm and Storing
We continue our popular series of 'immersion' weekend workshops that span the year and its seasons. Discover and embody ancient practices that were created to naturally resonate with the energies of the Earth through its annual cycle.
Winter practices do not over exert the body or mind. Now is the time to give yourself permission to allow your body and mind to settle and rest. We move smoothly and meditatively in harmony with the quiet of this season. The steady, slow movements of Qigong at this time are ideal for settling, integrating and nourishing your energy.
Sat (10am to 4.30pm) / Sun (10am to 1pm). Cost £70 for both days / £35 for the Sat Morning session only.
On Sunday we offer an in-depth workshop where you can deepen your study, as well as review and practice what we learn on the Saturday - see details. You do not have to attend this session but it is included in the price.
