Just follow along to music with our very popular Tai Chi Qigong drop-in (a.k.a. 'Waves and Clouds'), which includes both Tai Chi and Qigong (energy work) principles. Everyone is welcome - there is no floor-mat work and you can sit at any time. Suitable for complete beginners, all age groups and levels of fitness - you won't know how nice it is until you try it!

Starting 19th September 2019, Tai Chi Foundations is taught as a course of 20 weekly sessions which comprise a 45 min warmup session learning basic principles of movement, followed by 45 mins of study and practise of the ‘24 Step Foundation’ sequence.
2pm to 3.30pm: £210 for 20 weeks, payable in week 1 (£110) and week 11 (£100).
Warmup session only 2pm to 2.45am: this is open to all as a drop in class for £6 per session, but is included in the 20 week course fee.
