Just follow along to music with our very popular Tai Chi Qigong drop-in (a.k.a. 'Waves and Clouds'), which includes both Tai Chi and Qigong (energy work) principles. Everyone is welcome - there is no floor-mat work and you can sit at any time. Suitable for complete beginners, all age groups and levels of fitness - you won't know how nice it is until you try it!

Wu-style Tai Chi is particularly beneficial for facilitating the healing of injuries, especially lower back problems, as well as stress and anxiety. The form we teach at Longwater Tai Chi may take some committment to learn, but you then have the ability to get a full workout that upgrades your body, energy levels, mind and spirit.
