Just follow along to 45 minutes of low-impact energising exercise in our very popular Tai Chi Qigong classes. All classes are performed standing, but you can choose to be seated. Starting September 2021, existing students who have already studied the form sequence are invited to begin their study of traditional Taijiquan Connection practices, working with partners to enhance their sensitivity and understanding of the underlying internal components of the movements.
