Welcome to our Stay Connected! video library page. This is primarily available to help support students who are studying with us regularly in classes or workshops and are learning sequential movements and their components, with regular teacher supervision. Specific Video Libraries are currently only available to people who are regularly studying that particular set, form or practice with us.

FROM MID-MARCH 2026 THE VIDEO LIBRARY WILL CLOSE AS WE TRANSFER TO A NEW PLATFORM ON YOUTUBE. THE LINKS BELOW WILL STOP WORKING UNTIL WE HAVE COMPLETED THE TRANSITION TO YOUTUBE, WHICH MAY TAKE A FEW WEEKS. WATCH THIS SPACE FOR MORE INFO AS IT BECOMES AVAILABLE.

Often the biggest struggles for many is getting over the "frustration barrier" of not only learning and remembering new material, but also getting comfortable with regularly practising that material.

Video Libraries

All the currently available libraries are listed below. All our libraries are password protected - you must register with us in order to access them.

Click on Open to access the library. You will be asked for the password you were sent by email and asked to write down. You will need to use it regularly. NB Passwords are occasionally changed and material may be re-organised, so please contact us if your password no longer works.

Making a donation

You can make payments to us via PayPal or BACS (we prefer this as there is no commission charged, please contact us for the details). You might choose to send us a little something every time you watch a video, or a single payment to cover you for a month - it's up to you.

Your payments will help us to continue creating, maintaining and hosting online content for you to watch and practise.

Using the Vimeo Player

To play a video simply select it and click the Play button ▶️ to start.

You can view the video full screen by clicking on this icon on the toolbar:

To reduce the screen to it's original size use this icon on the toolbar:

NB tablets and smart phones may have different ways to do this.

To exit a video at any time, just click the ✖️ or press ESC key. When you finished with the library, you can close browser window and you should still have this page available in its original window.

NB We have noticed how sometimes the internet or device can get a bit overloaded, and videos will be slow loading or a bit stop-start. To fix this just close the page and then log back in again to get it working smoothly.
