Welcome to our Stay Connected! video library page. This is primarily available to help support students who are studying with us regularly in classes or workshops and are learning sequential movements and their components, with regular teacher supervision. Specific Video Libraries are currently only available to people who are regularly studying that particular set, form or practice with us.
We are now moving towards making the video library a subscription service. This is because after 3 years of uploading hundreds of hours of material, many of the video libraries now effectively offer recordings of a complete course of teaching of a set, form or practice. As we still (mostly) offer people the opportunity to book and pay per individual class or workshop when learning live with us, (both in venues and online), rather than committing to payment ‘up front’ for whole terms or a course, we’ve decided that we can no longer afford to just let everyone have free video library access.
In the meantime, as we work out how best to manage video access fairly, we are still offering access on trust to those people intending to commit or continue with ongoing regular study. We ask that if you find yourself using the video library regularly, or to catch up with material from missed classes or workshops (that you haven’t booked and paid for), we ask for donations please. This is to help support our considerable video production time, teachings and the online library hosting costs for hundreds of recordings. If you study with us erratically and find that you cannot afford to make payments, but genuinely want to study, please talk to us. We know that times are still particularly hard for some of you, so we are currently still offering some access to recordings on trust.
If you have not registered with us for video library access, please complete this form and let us know which particular subject you are studying with us regularly that you would like to access.
If you are interested in paying to access videos, but are NOT currently studying that specific subject with us, please contact us to discuss. We are working towards finding a way to give people access, to include in-person training with us in that subject too, (includes online). It is not possible to learn tai chi or qigong without experienced teacher observation and feedback. Currently, because our school’s curriculum is so broad and varied and the needs and desires of students are so variable, we haven’t yet found a one size fits all solution for fair video access.
By using the Site, you accept the policies and restrictions set forth in our Online Terms of Use Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use the Site.
Often the biggest struggles for many is getting over the "frustration barrier" of not only learning and remembering new material, but also getting comfortable with regularly practising that material.

All the currently available libraries are listed below. All our libraries are password protected - you must register with us in order to access them.
Click on Open to access the library. You will be asked for the password you were sent by email and asked to write down. You will need to use it regularly. NB Passwords are occasionally changed and material may be re-organised, so please contact us if your password no longer works.
