Both Jane and Patrick spent many years studying with their teachers in the workshop format, and both gained many benefits from that committment. Longwater Tai Chi provides regular full-day weekend workshops in two formats, to suit your interests:
- SATURDAYS - Yang style curriculum topics
- SUNDAYS - Mixed topics with Qigong in the mornings
You do not need to have any experience for many of our workshop topics, and you may attend part of all the the day depending on the topics you are interested in.
