Longwater Workshops
It can be very beneficial to immerse yourself in a subject; to give yourself more time to absorb an intricate flow of thought or feeling. Longwater Tai Chi provides regular full-day weekend workshops in two formats, to suit your interests:
SATURDAYS - Yang style curriculum topics
SUNDAYS - Mixed topics with Qigong in the mornings
You may attend part of all the the day depending on the topics you are interested in.
You can view workshops in three ways:
Table View is useful if you wish to register for several classes together,

Qigong & Wu Style Workshops - Downton
Try a Qigong or Tai Chi workshop!
Join us at our occasional full-day workshops, where you will be able to develop some authentic Qigong and Tai Chi (taijiquan) skills and find balance in this very demanding world we live in. This workshop focuses on internal energy work (qigong / neigong), opening-up and stregthening the physical body with authentic qigong forms, as well as our Wu style taijiquan curriculum.
- 1000-1230 Session 1 £36: Qigong Shibashi Set 3 - topic may change
- 1330-1630 Session 2 £36: Modified 64 Wu style Tai Chi form
FULL DAY concession £65
You are welcome to attend part or all of the day to suit your interests - the morning sessions focus on Qigong energy work (ideal for beginners and experienced alike); the afternoon sessions explore more formal Tai Chi forms, where knowledge of the form is a requirement.
